A2Z Solution provides manpower placement and recruitment services including (but not limited to) Back Office Staff, Field Executives, Calling Process Agents, Delivery Boys, Housekeeping Staff, Tally Operators, and Admin Support.We connect job seekers with employers and assist in recruitment processes.We do not guarantee job placement to every job seeker. Final hiring decisions are made by the respective companies.
3. Job Seekers
Job placement services are provided 100% free of cost to job seekers.
Job seekers must provide accurate and honest information (resume, ID proof, experience etc.).Providing false documents or misleading information may result in a ban from our platform.We are not responsible for salary delays or behavior of employers post-selection.
4. Employers / Clients
Employers availing our recruitment services agree to pay any applicable placement or service fee as per mutual agreement.If a company does not make payment as per the agreed terms, legal action may be initiated. Candidates once placed are subject to a 7-day replacement period, after which A2Z is not liable.
5. Refund Policy
Advance fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No refund is applicable if candidate profiles have already been shared.
If no profiles are shared within 15 days of advance, refund is 100% guaranteed.
6. Limitations of Liability
A2Z Solution will not be held liable for:
Any financial loss, fraud, or misconduct by third-party employers or job seekers.Any injury, delay, or misconduct caused by a hired candidate.
Any technical issues, delays, or data loss arising from website usage.
7. Data Privacy
All data submitted on our platform is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services, without notice, for any user who:-Violates these Terms,Engages in fraudulent activity
