Applies To: Employers / Clients who make payments to A2Z Solution.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
If no candidate profiles are shared within 15 working days after advance payment.
If agreed in writing before payment with a refund clause.
In case of duplicate or incorrect payments made by the client.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued:
Once candidate profiles have been shared.
If the candidate appears for interview and/or joins the company.
If the client changes requirements after profile sharing.
If communication from client stops after service request.

3. Advance Payment Policy
All payments made for recruitment or staffing services are non-refundable by default unless mentioned in a signed agreement.
A2Z Solution will provide GST invoice against all payments.

4. Cancellation by Client
If the employer cancels the recruitment process after we begin work, refund is not applicable.

5. Processing Refunds
If eligible:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the same method of payment.
A2Z Solution reserves the right to deduct any applicable admin/processing charges.
